- 1 - Abstract of the Disclosure An aqueous composition for the protection of paint surfaces comprises an aqueous emulsion containing as essential components (a) an oxygen-containing wax, (b) an emulsifying agent, (c) a fine powder of an inorganic material having a silicon content of not less than 23%, and (d) a fine powder of an inorganic or organic material substantially free of silicon.
