The invention relates to a stable aqueous cream consisting of the following components: (A), which is selected from (A1) C1-C20-alkyl-C2-C6-alkoxysilanes and (A2) organopolysiloxane containing alkoxy groups; (C) an emulsifier; and (D) an organic solvent. Said stable aqueous cream is suitable for the hydrophobic impregnation or priming of mineral building materials.

L'invention concerne une crème aqueuse stable contenant les constituants: (A), sélectionnés parmi (A1) silanes d'alkyle C1-C20-alcoxy-C2-C6 et (A2) organopolysiloxane contenant des groupes alcoxy, (C) un émulsifiant et (D) un solvant organique. Cette crème aqueuse stable s'utilise pour l'imprégnation à action hydrophobe ou l'apprêt de matériaux de construction minéraux.
