An aqueous dispersion composition comprising an ionomer resin (A) neutralized with a divalent metal and water, which can satisfactorily meet a requirement for higher performance in various applications and is suitable particularly as a heat sealing agent for aluminum foils, films, and papers, metal coating agents, various emulsion modifiers, paints, adhesives, rust preventives, and the like; a process for preparing the aqueous dispersion composition with a high efficiency; a rust preventive for metallic surfaces which can form a rust preventive layer having excellent corrosion resistance and excellent adhesion to a topcoating; a rust prevention method using the rust preventive; and rust- proofed metallic products.
L'invention porte sur une composition de dispersion aqueuse comprenant une résine de type ionomère (A) neutralisée par un métal divalent et de l'eau. Ladite composition, qui satisfait aux exigences de diverses applications, et peut en particulier servir d'agent protecteur posé à chaud pour des feuilles d'aluminium, des films, des papiers, différents modificateurs d'émulsions, des peintures, des adhésifs, des antioxydants pour surfaces métalliques, et autres. L'invention porte également: sur un procédé à fort rendement de préparation de ladite composition; sur un antioxydant pour surfaces métalliques formant une couche de prévention de la rouille et présentant une excellente résistance à la corrosion ainsi qu'une excellente adhérence sur couche de revêtement; sur un procédé de prévention de la rouille utilisant ledit antioxydant; et sur des produits métalliques ainsi traités.
