An aqueous dispersion which, when used as a resinous component of a coating material, ink, or adhesive and applied to a polyolefin resin molding or film, gives a coating film excellent in adhesion and appearance and satisfactory in oil resistance. The aqueous dispersion is characterized by containing a polymer obtained by polymerizing a specific hydroxylated acrylic monomer and a polymerizable monomer in the presence of an anionic surfactant in a raw aqueous dispersion containing dispersed therein a carboxylated chlorinated polyolefin resin having a chlorine content of 15 to 35 wt.%.

L'invention concerne une dispersion aqueuse. Utilisée comme élément résineux de matériau de revêtement, d'encre ou d'adhésif, et appliquée à un moulage ou film de résine polyoléfinique, cette dispersion donne une pellicule de revêtement dont l'adhésion et l'apparence sont excellentes et dont la résistance à l'huile est satisfaisante. La dispersion considérée renferme un polymère issu de la polymérisation d'un monomère acrylique hydroxylé spécifique et d'un monomère polymérisable, en présence d'un tensioactif anionique, dans une dispersion aqueuse brute de résine polyoléfinique carboxylée et chlorée, à teneur en chlore comprise entre 15 et 35 %, en poids.
