Wet - in - wet method for production of coloured or effect-generating multi- layer coatings, whereby (1) aqueous functional coating materials are applied to a substrate, (2) the resulting layers are dried without full hardening, (3) the layers (2) are coated with aqueous single-coat paints, whereupon (4) the layers (2) and (3) are hardened together; or alternatively (3) the dried layers (2) are coated with water-based paints, (4) the coats (3) of water- based paints are coated with clear lacquer before completely hardening and (5) the layers (2), (3) and (4) are hardened together; or alternatively (3) the dried layers (2) are coated with water-based paint, (4) the layers (3) and (2) are hardened together, (5) the water-based paint is covered with clear lacquer and (6) the clear lacquer hardened separately, whereby an aqueous functional coating material is used, comprising (A) at least one binder, (B) a separate, water-soluble and/or -dispersible cross-linking system, which partially or completely cross-links internally in and/or on the matrix of the wet, drying and/or dry layer (2) from the aqueous functional coating material before the binder (A) completely cross-links and (C) at least one pigment.
Procédé humide sur humide pour la production de peintures multicouches produisant une couleur et /ou un effet, qui consiste (1) à appliquer des matières d'enduction fonctionnelles aqueuses sur des substrats, (2) à sécher, sans les durcir complètement, les couches ainsi obtenues, (3) à couvrir les couches obtenues à l'étape (2) de laque de finition à couleur unie, puis (4) à durcir ensemble les couches obtenues aux étapes (2) et (3); ou alternativement (3) à couvrir les couches séchées (2) obtenues à l'étape (2) de peinture à base d'eau, (4) à couvrir de laque transparente les couches de peinture à base d'eau obtenues à l'étape (3), sans les durcir complètement, et (5) à durcir ensemble les couches obtenues aux étapes (2), (3) et (4); ou encore (3) à couvrir les couches séchées obtenues à l'étape (2) de peinture à base d'eau, (4) à durcir ensemble les couches obtenues aux étapes (3) et (2), (5) à recouvrir la peinture à base d'eau de laque transparente et (6) à durcir séparément les couches de laque transparente. Les matières d'enduction fonctionnelles aqueuses utilisées contiennent (A) au moins un liant, (B) un système de réticulation séparé, hydrosoluble et / ou dispersible dans l'eau qui réticule pour lui-même partiellement ou complètement dans et / ou sur la matrice constituée des couches humides, en cours de séchage et / ou séchées obtenues à l'étape (2) à partir des matières d'enduction fonctionnelles aqueuses, avant que les liants (A) ne réticulent complètement et (C) au moins un pigment.
