Disclosed is an aqueous liquid dispersion of a water and oil repellent agent containing surfactants wherein there are contained (I) a homopolymer or copolymer of at least one polymerizable compound having a perfluoroalkyl group or perfluoroalkenyl group, and an acrylic acid group, methacrylic acid group or .alpha.-substituted acrylic acid group, or a copolymer of such a polymerizable compound with another polymerizable compound which is copolymerizable with such a polymerizable compound, and (II) three nonionic surfactants, namely (a) a nonionic surfactant having an HLB of less than 12, (b) a nonionic surfactant having an HLB of not less than 12 and less than 17, and (c) a nonionic surfactant having an HLB of not less than 17. Such an aqueous liquid dispersion of a water and oil repellent agent containing surfactants is excellent in shelf life stability and dilution stability, and provides high water and oil repellency to an object.
L'invention concerne une dispersion liquide aqueuse d'un agent hydrofuge et oléofuge contenant des tensioactifs, dans laquelle sont contenus (I) un homopolymère ou un copolymère d'au moins un composé polymérisable ayant un groupe perfluoroalkyle ou un groupe perfluoroalcényle, et un groupe acide acrylique, un groupe acide métacrylique, ou un groupe acide acrylique à substitution .alpha., ou un copolymère d'un tel composé polymérisable avec un autre composé polymérisable qui est copolymérisable avec ledit composé polymérisable, et (II) trois tensioactifs non ioniques à savoir (a) un tensioactif non ionique ayant un HLB inférieur à 12 (b) un tensioactif non ionique ayant un HLB non inférieur à 12 et inférieur à 17 et (c) un tensioactif non ionique ayant un HLB non inférieur à 17. Ladite dispersion liquide aqueuse d'agent hydrofuge et oléofuge contenant les tensioactifs est excellente du point de vue de la stabilité de conservation et de la stabilité de dilution, elle confère une haute capacité hydrofuge et oléofuge à un objet.
