Disclosed is an aqueous liquid preparation comprising (A) gatifloxacin, a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, or a hydrate of gatifloxacin or the salt, (B) hyaluronic acid or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, and (C) a polyhydric alcohol. The aqueous liquid preparation is an ophthalmic aqueous liquid preparation excellent in the retention of gatifloxacin in a tear fluid and the penetration of gatifloxacin into an aqueous humor and a conjunctiva.

L'invention concerne une préparation liquide aqueuse comprenant (A) de la gatifloxacine, un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de cette dernière, ou un hydrate de gatifloxacine ou son sel, (B) de l'acide hyaluronique ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de ce dernier, et (c) un alcool polyhydrique. La préparation liquide aqueuse est une préparation liquide aqueuse ophtalmique présentant d'excellentes propriétés de rétention de gatifloxacine dans un liquide lacrymal et de pénétration de gatifloxacine dans une humeur aqueuse et une conjonctive.
