The invention relates to the use of a one-component aqueous polyurethane dispersion composition (PD) as a primer for the adhesion of plastic films (KF) by means of an aqueous one-component polyurethane dispersion adhesive (DK). The aqueous polyurethane dispersion composition (PD) comprises a polyurethane (P1) and carbodiimide groups and/or carboxyl groups, and the polyurethane dispersion adhesive (DK) comprises a polyurethane (P2) and carbodiimide groups, and carboxyl groups such that the aqueous polyurethane dispersion composition (PD) and the aqueous polyurethane dispersion adhesive (DK) react with one another in a polyaddition reaction when heated to a temperature of 50°C or more. The invention also relates to primer-coated plastic films, to composite bodies produced therefrom and to methods for the production thereof.
La présente invention concerne l'utilisation d'une composition de dispersion polyuréthane (PD) aqueuse à une composante comme apprêt pour le collage de films plastiques (KF) au moyen d'un adhésif en dispersion polyuréthane (DK) aqueuse à une composante. Selon l'invention, la composition de dispersion polyuréthane (PD) aqueuse à une composante présente un polyuréthane P1 et des groupes carbodiimide et/ou des groupes carboxyle, et l'adhésif en dispersion polyuréthane (DK) présente un polyuréthane P2 et des groupes carbodiimide et/ou des groupes carboxyle de sorte que la composition de dispersion polyuréthane (PD) aqueuse et l'adhésif en dispersion polyuréthane (DK) aqueuse réagissent ensemble par une réaction de polyaddition sous l'effet d'un chauffage à une température d'au moins 50°C. L'invention concerne également des films plastiques revêtus d'un apprêt, des corps composites obtenus à partir de ces films et leurs procédés de production.
