An aqueous or aqueous-alcoholic hair-cosmetic formulation comprising as film former copolymers based on (meth)acrylate which have a K value of 20 - 150 are obtainable by free-radical polymerization of (a) 40 - 65 % by weight of acrylic acid and/or methacrylic acid, (b) 14 - 60 % by weight of alkyl (meth)acrylate, and (c) 0 - 50 % by weight of a further free-radically polymerizable monomer or a mixture thereof, 20 - 100 % of the carboxyl groups of the copolymer being neutralized.

Formulation cosmétique capillaire, aqueuse ou aqueuse-alcoolique, renfermant comme substances filmogènes des copolymères à base de (méth)acrylate avec une valeur K de 20 à 150; elle peut être obtenue par polymérisation, via des radicaux libres, de : a) 40 à 65 % en poids d'acide acrylique et (ou) d'acide méthacrylique; b) 14 à 60 % en poids d'un (méth)acrylate d'alkyle; c) 0 à 50 % en poids d'un autre monomère polymérisable par radicaux libres, ou d'un mélange de ces produits; 20 à 100 % des groupes carboxyles du copolymère sont neutralisés.
