Aqueous pigment slurries which contain up to 80 % by weight of a finely divided pigment in dispersed form and from 0.1 to 5 % by weight of a polyalkylenepolyamine having a molecular weight of at least 300 or water-soluble reaction products of (a) polyalkylenepolyamines having a molecular weight of at least 300 and/or polyamidoamines grafted with ethyleneimine and (b) bifunctional or polyfunctional crosslinking agents which have a halohydrin, glycidyl, aziridine or isocyanate unit or a halogen atom as a functional group, the reaction products, in 25 % strength by weight aqueous solu- tion at 20°C, having a viscosity of at least 100 mPa.s, are used as an additive to the paper stock in the production of filler- containing paper.
L'invention concerne des dispersions de pigment contenant jusqu'à 80 % en poids d'un pigment finement divisé, dispersé, et 0,1 à 5 % en poids d'une polyalkylène polyamine ayant une masse moléculaire d'au moins 300, ou bien des produits hydrosolubles résultant de la réaction de (a) des polyalkylènes polyamines d'une masse moléculaire d'au moins 300 et/ou de polyamidoamines greffées avec une éthylène imine et (b) au moins des agents de réticulation bifonctionnels ayant, comme groupe fonctionnel, une unité halogène hydrine, glycidyle, aziridine ou isocyanate, ou bien un atome d'halogène. Ces produits de réaction présentent une viscosité d'au moins 100 mPas dans une solution aqueuse à 25 %, à 20 ~C. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation de ces dispersions de pigment aqueuses en tant qu'additifs destinés à la pâte à papier, pour la production de papier contenant une charge.
