ABSTRACT A water miscible, stable, fluid product comprises particles above 20 microns in size of a high molecular weight polymer gel interconnected by a continuous phase that is an aqueous solution of an equilibrating agent that holds the water content of the particles in equilibrium with the water content of the aqueous phase and that prevents substantial agglomeration of the particles in the fluid product. Preferred equilibrating agents are sodium polyacrylate and poly-diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride.
