The invention concerns an aqueous silicon emulsion useful for preparing anti-adherent coating on fibrous or non-fibrous supports for example paper. Said emulsion comprises polyorganosiloxanes (POS) with Si-vinyl units and POS with SiH units, cross-linkable by polyaddition in the presence of a platinum catalyst. Known emulsions of this type are not stable and tend to be cross-linked prematurely and to produce a chemical foam. Said undesirable phenomena constitute a great nuisance for industrial machines used for anti-adherent paper coating. The invention solves this problem by proposing an emulsion having the following composition: POS A with Si-Vi units, POS B with SiH units, platinum catalyst C, agent T for setting and maintaining pH between 5 and 9, preferably between 6 and 8; T being preferably a buffer solution (NaHCO3); an emulsifying agent D (polyvinyl alcohol); optionally a polyaddition inhibitor E and optionally other additives F such as filler, biocide, antifoam, anti-freeze, colouring agent, synthetic latex and the like. L'invention concerne une émulsion silicone aqueuse utile notamment pour la préparation de revêtement antiadhérent sur des supports fibreux ou non par exemple en papier. Cette émulsion comprend des polyorganosiloxanes (POS) à motifs Si-vinyl et des POS à motifs SiH, aptes à réticuler par polyaddition en présence d'un catalyseur au platine. Les émulsions connues de ce type ne sont pas stables et ont tendance à réticuler prématurément et à produire de la mousse chimique. Ces phénomènes indésirables sont extrêmement gênants dans les machines industrielles d'enduction de revêtement antiadhésif sur papier. L'émulsion selon l'invention remédie à cela en proposant la composition suivante: POS A à motifs Si-Vi, POS B à motifs SiH, catalyseur C au platine, agent T de fixation et de maintien du pH entre 5 et 9, de préférence entre 6 et 8. T étant de préférence un tampon (NaHCO3); un agent émulsifiant D (alcool polyvinylique); éventuellement un inhibiteur E de la polyaddition et éventuellement d'autres additifs F du type charge, biocide, antimousse, antigel, colorant, latex synthétique, etc. L'invention a également pour objet un procédé de préparation de ce type d'émulsions et les procédés de revêtement de supports, par exemple en papier, à l'aide de cette émulsion. Application: antiadhérence papier.
