The present invention relates to an aqueous two-component polyurethane coating composition comprising a component (I) wich contains as binder (A1) at least one water-soluble or water-dispersible polyester resin (A1) which contains hydroxyl groups and acid groups which can be converted into the corresponding acid anion groups and has an OH number of from 30 to 250 mg of KOH/g and an acid number of from 5 to 150 mg of KOH/g, and (A2) at least one water-soluble or water-dispersible polyurethane resin (A2) which contains hydroxyl groups and acid groups which can be converted into the corresponding acid anion groups and has an OH number of from 20 to 200 mg of KOG/g and an acid number of from 5 to 150 mg of KOH/g, and (A3) at least one water-soluble or water-dispersible acrylate copolymer which contains hydroxyl groups and acid groups which can be converted into the corresponding acid anion groups, and/or an acrylated polyester and/or an acrylated polyurethane, which has an OH number of from 40 to 200 mg of KOG/g and an acid number of from 5 to 150 mg of KOH/g, and (A4), if desired, at least one further polymer (A4) and II) a component (II) which contains a polyisocyanate component (F1) as crosslinking agent, wherein the mixing ratio of the polyester resin (A1) to the polyurethane resin (A2), expressed in parts by weight, is between 95 : 5 and 5 : 95.
L'invention concerne un agent de recouvrement polyuréthane à deux composants, aqueux, contenant un composant (I) qui contient pour liants: (A1) au moins une résine polyester (A1) soluble dans l'eau ou dispersible dans l'eau, contenant des groupes hydroxyle et des groupes acide, transformables en groupes d'anion d'acide correspondants et ayant un indice hydroxyle compris entre 30 et 250 mgKOH/g et un indice acide compris entre 5 et 150 mgKOH/g; et (A2) au moins une résine polyuréthane (A2) soluble dans l'eau ou dispersible dans l'eau, contenant des groupes hydroxyle et des groupes acide, transformables en groupes d'anion d'acide correspondants et ayant un indice hydroxyle compris entre 20 et 200 mgKOH/g et un indice acide compris entre 5 et 150 mgKOH/g; et (A3) au moins un copolymérisat d'acrylate soluble dans l'eau ou dispersible dans l'eau, contenant des groupes hydroxyle et des groupes acide, transformables en groupes d'anion d'acide correspondants et/ou un polyester acrylé et/ou un polyuréthane acrylé ayant un indice hydroxyle compris entre 40 et 200 mgKOH/g et un indice acide compris entre 5 et 150 mgKOH/g; et (A4) éventuellement au moins un autre polymère (A4); et (II) un composant (II) qui contient pour agent de réticulation un constituant polyisocyanate. Cet agent de recouvrement se caractérise en ce que le rapport du mélange de la résine polyester (A1) à la résine polyuréthane (A2) est exprimé en parties en poids et se situe entre 95 : 5 et 5 : 95.
