[PROBLEMS] To provide a building structure with a tube frame formed of a novel basic structure capable of securing excellent structural stability and quake- resistance in buildings, particularly, high rises and skyscrapers, and realizing the larger degree of freedom of design than that of a conventional building structure with a tube frame. [MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEMS] This building structure includes the outer peripheral tube frame having a main frame formed by rigidly joining hexagonal structural units to each other in a honeycomb shape. The hexagonal structural unit includes columns and a part of a beam or a slab. Specifically, in the hexagonal structural unit, two sides, each of which is formed by connecting, to each other, two tilted columns tilted reverse to each other in the vertical direction, are disposed symmetrical bilaterally, and either of a part of the beam or a part of the slab is disposed on the upper side and the lower side of the unit along the horizontal direction.

Le problème à résoudre dans le cadre de cette invention concerne l~obtention d~une structure de construction dotée d~un bâti tubulaire formé à partir d~une nouvelle structure de base susceptible d~assurer une excellente stabilité structurelle et résistance aux tremblements de terre dans des bâtiments, en particulier des immeubles de grande hauteur et des gratte-ciels, et de permettre une liberté de conception supérieure à celle d~une structure de construction classique et ce, grâce au bâti tubulaire. La solution proposée consiste à édifier une structure de construction qui comprend le bâti tubulaire périphérique externe possédant un bâti principal formé en associant de manière rigide des unités structurelles hexagonales les unes aux autres en forme de nid d~abeille. L~unité structurelle hexagonale se compose de colonnes et d~une partie de poutre ou de dalle. Plus spécifiquement, dans l~unité structurelle hexagonale, deux côtés, obtenus chacun en reliant entre elles deux colonnes inclinées à l~opposée l~une de l~autre dans la direction verticale, sont disposés bilatéralement de manière symétrique, et chaque partie de poutre ou de dalle est agencée sur les côtés supérieur et inférieur de l~unité selon la direction horizontale.
