This invention concerns a compound containing from 10 to 25% by weight of a hydroglycolic extract of the roots of Arctium majus, from 1 to 5% by weight of a complex-forming agent such as a tetrasodium salt of ethylenediamine tetracetic acid, from 50 to 70% by weight of a thickener that may be a fatty acid diethanolamide of copra, and from 5 to 10% by weight of a solubilizing agent, such as a mixture of polyoxyethylated alkylphenol and polyoxyethylated sorbitan monolaurate. It may also contain from 10 to 15% by weight of at least one perfume. This compound may be used to manufacture a washing solution consisting of: approximately 5 to 10% by weight of the compound in accordance with one of the previous claims, approximately 20 to 25% by weight of a suitable excipient such as cocamidopropylbetain, approximately 1 to 5% by weight of a wetting agent such as stearamine oxide, and approximately 0.1 to 5% by weight of a greasing agent such as a glyceride mixture of capric and caprylic acids, with the remainder consisting of water. The washing solution of the invention may be used to manufacture an antipruritic medication.
La composition selon l'invention comprend de 10 à 25 % en poids d'un extrait hydro-glycolique de racines d'Arctium majus; de 1 à 5 % en poids d'un agent complexant tel que le sel tétrasodique d'éthylène diamine tétraacétique; de 50 à 70 % en poids d'un épaississant qui peut être un diéthanolamide d'acide gras de coprah; et de 5 à 10 % en poids d'un solubilisant, par exemple un mélange d'alkylphénol polyoxyéthyléné et de mono-laurate de sorbitan polyoxyéthyléné. Eventuellement, elle renferme en outre de 10 à 15 % en poids d'au moins un parfum. La composition selon l'invention peut être utilisée pour fabriquer une solution lavante comprenant: d'environ 5 à environ 10 % en poids de la composition selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes; d'environ 20 à environ 25 % en poids d'un excipient convenable, tel que la cocamidopropyl bétaïne; d'environ 1 à 5 % en poids d'un agent mouillant, tel que l'oxyde de stéaramine; et d'environ 0,1 à environ 5 % en poids d'un agent surgraissant, par exemple un mélange de glycérides d'acides caprique et caprylique, le reste étant constitué d'eau. La solution lavante selon l'invention peut être utilisé pour fabriquer un médicament anti-prurigineux.
