The ARM-STRONG is a device for exercising and strengthening your grip, wrists and forearms. It's held with both hands straight out in front of your body. With your hands gripping the ARM-STRONG on each side, you turn the handles, one hand at a time in an upward forward motion, alternating with the other hand. The resistance can be adjusted by simply turning the Arm-Strong nut in the middle, to the desired resistance. The more you turn the nut one way, the more resistance you get. The more you turn the nut the opposite way, the less resistance you get.
