An armature of a motor generator well balanced while enabling the free setting of the total number of coils disposed in slots to wind the coils around an armature core and a method of manufacturing the armature. In the armature, the coils (5) wound around the outer periphery of the armature core (3) are formed so that sixteen coils (5) can be wound around by one winding operation by using a winding device (7) having sixteen axially movable nozzles (11b) to deliver them to the thirty two slots (3c) formed in the outer periphery of the armature core (3). The winding operation is properly repeated three times for the slots (3c) so that the total number (C) of the coils (6) disposed in the slots (3c) becomes 96. Namely the coils are so wound that the total number of coils does not becomes a natural number when it is divided by twice the number of the slots (3c).
L'invention concerne un induit de moteur-générateur bien équilibré tout en permettant de régler librement le nombre total de bobines disposées dans des encoches pour enrouler les bobines autour d'un noyau d'induit et un procédé de fabrication dudit induit. Dans l'induit, les bobines (5) enroulées autour de la périphérie extérieure du noyau d'induit (3) sont formées de telle sorte que l'on peut enrouler seize bobines (5) en une seule opération de bobinage en utilisant un dispositif de bobinage (7) qui a seize embouts (11b) mobiles axialement pour les débiter aux trente-deux encoches (3c) pratiquées à la périphérie extérieure du noyau d'induit (3). On répète correctement l'opération de bobinage trois fois pour les encoches (3c) de sorte que le nombre total (C) de bobines (6) disposées dans les encoches (3c) s'élève à 96. Plus précisement, on enroule les bobines de façon à ce que le nombre total de bobines divisé par le double du nombre d'encoches (3c) ne soit pas un entier naturel.
