The invention relates to an armored door (5) for a passenger compartment, the door intended for closing up an opening (10) of the passenger compartment and comprising a structure (7) outside of which at least one armored plate (12) is attached. Said door is characterized in that the armored plate (12) is attached remotely from the structure and separated from the latter by first intermediate deformable means (14) capable of absorbing part of the energy of an impact, the armored plate (12) further being greater in size than the structure (7), and by second intermediate deformable means (15) interposed between the edge (R) of the armored plate (12) and a wall (8) of the passenger compartment surrounding the opening (10).

L'invention a pour objet une porte blindée (5) pour un habitacle, porte destinée à obturer une ouverture (10) de l'habitacle et comportant une structure (7) à l'extérieur de laquelle est fixée au moins une plaque de blindage (12). Cette porte est caractérisée en ce que la plaque de blindage (12) est fixée à distance de la structure (7) et séparée de celle ci par des premiers moyens intermédiaires (14) déformables et pouvant absorber une partie de l'énergie d'un choc, la plaque de blindage (12) ayant par ailleurs des dimensions supérieures à celle de la structure (7) et des seconds moyens intermédiaires déformables (15) étant interposés entre le rebord (R) de la plaque de blindage (12) et une paroi (8) de l'habitacle entourant l'ouverture (10).
