A flexible armoured pipe is built up of three layers, i.e. an impermeable liner (2a), an inner armouring layer (1a) and an outer armouring layer (3a). A flexible pipe, especially for offshore applications, is hereby provided, where the inner armouring layer is in contact with the fluid, which shall be transported in the pipe, while the outer armouring layer and the impermeable liner are in contact with the surroundings. This means that the inner armouring layer absorbs the hydrostatic pressure acting on the impermeable liner. Moreover, since no substantial restrictions to mass transport exist outside the impermeable liner, gases, which diffuse through the impermeable liner, will now be able to escape to the surroundings.

L'invention concerne un tuyau souple armé constitué de trois couches, c'est-à-dire, une chemise imperméable (2a), une couche intérieure de blindage (1a) et une couche extérieure de blindage (3a). Le tuyau souple selon l'invention est conçu notamment pour des applications en mer, la couche intérieure de blindage étant en contact avec le fluide devant être transporté dans le tuyau, alors que la couche extérieure de blindage et la couche imperméable sont en contact avec le milieu extérieur. La couche intérieure de blindage absorbe, par conséquent, la pression hydrostatique agissant sur la chemise imperméable. De plus, étant donné qu'il n'y a pas de restriction considérable au transport de masse en dehors de la chemise imperméable, des gaz, se diffusant à travers la chemise imperméable, peuvent maintenant s'échapper dans le milieu extérieur.
