An arm including a shoulder tube and a forearm tube is disposed in a bore formed within a vehicle seat armrest. The bore has an open end at a distal end of the armrest and defines a longitudinal axis. The shoulder tube extends between a first end that slidably engages the bore and a second end. The forearm tube extends between a first end adapted for supporting an accessory and a second end pivotally coupled to the second end of the shoulder tube. The pivotal connection defines a lateral axis transverse to the longitudinal axis. The arm is slidably adjustable along the longitudinal axis between a fully retracted position within the bore and a fully extended position protruding from the bore. At least a portion of the arm is rotatably adjustable about the longitudinal axis. The forearm tube is pivotally adjustable about the lateral axis relative to the shoulder tube.
