ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Novel terpolymers of anhydrides, aromatic mono- alkenyl monomers and higher 1-alkenes are prepared. Aqueous dispersions of these novel terpolymers are also prepared. The novel terpolymers are useful as coatings and possess waxy properties, high water dispersibility and good hardness of the resulting film.
