The invention provides a compound of formula IA (see formula IA) wherein Y is =N- or =N(O)-, R is OH when Y is =N- and R is H when Y is -N(O)-, and Z is halogen, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The compound of the invention may be used for treatment of a disorder induced by substance P.
