Arrangement for producing a three-dimensional product, which arrangement comprises a work table on which said three-dimensional product is to be built up, a powder dispenser which is arranged so as to distribute a thin layer of powder on the work table for forming a powder bed, a radiation gun for delivering energy to the powder, fusing together of the powder then taking place, means for guiding the beam emitted by the radiation gun over said powder bed for forming a cross section of said three-dimensional product by fusing together parts of said powder bed, and a control computer in which information about successive cross sections of the three-dimensional product is stored, which cross sections build up the three-dimensional product, where the control computer is intended to control said means for guiding the radiation gun over the powder bed according to an operating shceme forming a cross section of said three-dimensional body, said three-dimensional product being formed by successive fusing together of successively formed cross sections from by the powder dispenser, and method for procducing three- dimensional product using such an arrangement.
L'invention concerne un système pour produire un objet tridimensionnel, ce système comprenant une table de travail sur laquelle ledit objet tridimensionnel doit être construit, un dispositif distributeur de poudre placé de façon à distribuer une fine couche de poudre sur la table de travail pour former un lit de poudre, un pistolet à rayonnement servant à fournir de l'énergie à la poudre de façon à porter ladite poudre à l'état de fusion, des moyens pour guider le faisceau émis par le pistolet sur le lit de poudre de façon à former une section transversale de l'objet tridimensionnel par assemblage par fusion de parties dudit lit de poudre, ainsi qu'un ordinateur de commande dans lequel sont stockées des informations concernant des sections transversales successives de l'objet tridimensionnel, lesdites sections transversales formant l'objet tridimensionnel. L'ordinateur de commande est destiné à commander lesdits moyens de façon à guider le pistolet à rayonnement sur le lit de poudre d'après un schéma opératoire formant une section transversale de l'objet tridimensionnel, ce dernier étant formé par assemblage par fusion successif de sections transversales formées successivement au moyen du dispositif distributeur de poudre. L'invention concerne également un procédé de production d'un objet tridimensionnel à l'aide d'un tel système.
