The invention relates to tunable microwave monolithic integrated circuits comprising a dielectric material with a variable dielectric constant. A superconducting material with a negative dielectric constant is provided which is arranged in relation to the dielectric material in such a way that at least one interface is formed between the superconducting material and the dielectric material. The dielectric material is a low loss non-linear bulk material. Phase velocity tuning of microwaves is provided through controlling the propagation of surface plasma waves of the microwaves along the interface(s).

La présente invention concerne des circuits intégrés hyperfréquence accordables en technologie monolithique. Ces circuits comprennent un matériau diélectrique (1, 2) à constante diélectrique variable. Un matériau supraconducteur (3) à constante diélectrique négative est disposé, par rapport au matériau diélectrique (1, 2), de telle sorte qu'au moins une interface soit formée entre le matériau supraconducteur et le matériau diélectrique. Ce matériau diélectrique (1, 2) est un matériau non linéaire en vrac à faibles pertes. L'accord en vitesse de phase des ondes hyperfréquences s'obtient par régulation de la propagation des ondes du plasma superficiel des ondes hyperfréquences le long de l'interface ou des interfaces.
