The invention relates to an arrangement comprising an instrument (12) for the preparation or execution of the insertion of an implant, particularly dental implant, comprising a template (2), which can be placed on a bone (8) or the skin surrounding said bone, particularly mucous membrane. The template (2), or a first sleeve (4) arranged within the template, comprises a continuous recess (5), through which the instrument (12) can be guided at least partially. The arrangement is to be refined in order to provide exact alignment and guidance of the instrument and easy handling. For this purpose, it is proposed to arrange a second sleeve (10) that is axially displaceable on the instrument (12). Said sleeve is axially fixed in a base position by means of automatically releasable connecting elements (14, 16) with predetermined retaining force such that when the retaining force is exceeded, the connecting elements (14, 16) can be automatically released and the second sleeve (10) can be axially displaced on the instrument (12). The instrument (12), together with the axially fixed second sleeve (10), can be inserted in the continuous recess (5) and is guided and/or aligned in the template (2) via the outer surface (17) of the second sleeve (10), the surface being adapted to the inner surface of the recess (5).
L'invention concerne un système comprenant un instrument (12) pour la préparation ou la mise en oeuvre de l'insertion d'un implant, en particulier d'un implant dentaire, contenant un gabarit (2), qui peut être installé sur un os (8) ou la peau entourant celui-ci, en particulier la muqueuse. Le gabarit (2), ou un premier manchon (4) agencé dans celui-ci, présente un évidement traversant (5), au travers duquel l'instrument (12) peut être mis en oeuvre au moins partiellement. Le système doit être formé de sorte qu'une orientation et un guidage exact de l'instrument ainsi qu'une manipulation simple soit obtenue. Pour cela, il est recommandé qu'un deuxième manchon (10) pouvant être déplacé de manière axiale soit agencé sur l'instrument (12), qui est immobilisé de manière axiale dans une position de base avec une force de maintien spécifié grâce à des éléments de liaison (14,16) automatiquement amovibles, de sorte que, dans le cas d'un dépassement de la force de maintien, les éléments de liaison (14,16) sont automatiquement amovibles et le deuxième manchon (10) peut être déplacé de manière axiale sur l'instrument (12), et de sorte que l'instrument (12) puisse être introduit dans l'évidement traversant (5) en commun avec le deuxième manchon (10) immobilisé de manière axiale et soit guidé et/ou orienté dans le gabarit (2) par l'intermédiaire de la surface extérieure (17), adaptée à la surface intérieure de l'évidement (5), du deuxième manchon (10).
