ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: An arrangement to be used for the rapid and simple push-in connection of one end of a hose, pipe or similar element. The outer surface of the said end is made of soft material into which at least one retaining device appertain- ing to the arrangement can be forced to retain the end in- side the arrangement. The arrangement comprises an outer part, an insertion part disposed therein which bears the said retention devices, and seals disposed in a cavity which can co-act with the external surface of the said end. The insertion part having an inherent retaining or locking effect of the pipe and having a retaining position wherein it is movable relative to said outer part. The said seals comprise two sealing devices arranged one on either side of a guiding device disposed in the cavity. This guiding device is provided to guide the said end while it is being pushed in. After the push-in connection has been made, the guiding element continues to centre the end inside the cavity. The said guiding and sealing elements form a vibration-damping duoble seal arrangement with the sealing devices located at a distance (A) from one another, viewed in the longitudinal direction.
