A B S T R A C T ARRANGEMENT FOR CLOSING A FILL PIPE OF A STORAGE TANK The invention relates to an arrangement for closing a fill pipe of a storage tank comprising a cap. The cap is provided with a cylindrical lower part adapted to cooperate with the cylindrical upper part of the fill pipe. A locking pin attached to one of the parts cooperates with a locking groove in the other part. The locking groove comprises such a sequence of grooves that the cap can only be removed from the fill pipe by a predetermined sequence of alternating tangential and axial manipulations of the cap relative to the fill pipe. (Fig. 1)
