AN ARRANGEMENT FOR CONTROLLING THE SPINNAKER OF A SAIL CATAMARAN ABSTRACT An arrangement for controlling the spinnaker of a sail catamaran consisting of two hulls joined by beams, comprising a spinnaker boom to whose front end said spinnaker and one end of a halyard are secured, the other end of said halyard being secured to a mast, and lower stays secured each by its one end of the front end of said spinnaker boom and by its other end to a cor- responding stopper. On the front one of said beams joining the hulls an upright is mounted, and the spinnaker boom is hingedly secured to the upper end of said upright; pro- vision being made of two stays, each of said stays with its one end being secured at the upper end of the upright and with its other end on the low of the respective hull.
