An arrangement for dispensing and sprinkling binding agents onto a surface, for example for sprinkling a road soiled by oil with an oil-binding agent, has a distributing device located behind the outlet opening of a supply container. The distributing device uniformly ejects (or sprinkles) binding agent onto the areas of the road intended to be covered by the agent. The distributing device preferably has adjustable sprinkling ranges and is designed in the form of a revolving sprinkling plate.
