ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: The present invention relates to an improved device for feeding round stock into machine tools, of the type comprising a feeder housing, a member for pushing the stock forward in the feeder housing, and a driving mechanism connected by a linkage to the pushing member for moving the latter along the feeder housing. This device is characterized in that the feeder housing is provided inside with a line of anti-vibrationary and sound- proofing blocks linked to one another either directly or indirectly, each block comprising support means for holding it in position inside the feeder housing and being provided with a longitudinal channel laterally open along its length, along which the pushing member and the linkage can be moved by the driving mechanism.
