The invention relates to an arrangement for insertion of an implant (2), in particular of a dental implant, which has an external thread (20) and can be screwed into a bone by means of a tool, wherein the implant (2) has a receiving opening (6) with an at least partially conical inner face (26). A peg of an attachment part, which can be connected to the implant (22) after the latter's insertion, can be fitted into the receiving opening. The arrangement is to be further developed such that the insertion of the implant (2) can be performed in a simple and yet functionally reliable manner. For this purpose, it is proposed that a screwing-in tool (4) has a peg (8) with a conical outer face (44), which peg (8) engages in the receiving opening (6) of the implant (2), and that the conical outer face (44) is designed corresponding to the conical inner face (26) of the implant (2), and bears at least partially thereon, such that at least a predetermined part of the torque necessary for screwing in the implant (2) can be transmitted via the self-inhibiting cone connection of the screwing-in tool (4) with the implant (2).

L'invention concerne un système d'insertion d'un implant (2), notamment d'un implant dentaire, qui présente un filetage extérieur (20) et qui peut être vissé dans un os au moyen d'un outil, sachant que l'implant (2) présente une ouverture réceptrice (6) avec une surface intérieure (26) au moins partiellement conique. Un tenon d'un élément de montage pouvant être assemblé avec l'implant (2) à la suite de l'insertion de ce dernier peut être installé dans l'ouverture réceptrice. Le système doit être perfectionné afin de pouvoir effectuer l'insertion de l'implant (2) d'une manière à la fois simple et fonctionnellement fiable. A cet effet, un outil de vissage (4) présente un tenon (8) avec une surface extérieure conique (44) qui s'engage dans l'ouverture réceptrice (6) de l'implant (2). La surface extérieure conique (44) est réalisée en correspondance avec la surface intérieure conique (26) de l'implant (2) et s'applique sous précontrainte au moins partiellement contre celle-ci, de telle sorte qu'au moins une partie prédéfinie du couple nécessaire pour visser l'implant (2) puisse être transmise par l'intermédiaire de la liaison conique autobloquante entre l'outil de vissage (4) et l'implant (2).
