An arrangement for pressing-in joining parts such as nuts into plate-shaped components has a top (16) and a bottom (18) housing part movable with respect to each other within limits and prestressed away from each other by the force of a spring. The bottom housing part (18) has a joining part channel (22) to which joining parts may be supplied one by one through a lateral supply opening. A die (20) fixed to the top housing part (16) extends into the joining part channel in order to move a joining part located inside the channel from an initial position adjacent to the supply opening to a working position adjacent to the open end of the channel and to press the joining part into the plate-shaped component when the top and bottom housing parts are moved relative to each other. The pressing-in arrangement is designed as an integral module that may be mounted on a machine part by means of a rapid action coupling (12). The pressing-in arrangement thus represents a mobile unit which has a plurality of possible different applications.
Un système sert à encastrer des pièces d'assemblage, telles que des écrous, dans des composants plats. Ce sytème d'encastrement comprend une partie supérieure (16) et une partie inférieure (18) de boîtier mobiles l'une par rapport à l'autre dans certaines limites et précontraintes par la force d'un ressort de manière à s'éloigner l'une de l'autre. La partie inférieure (18) du boîtier comprend un canal (22) auquel les pièces d'assemblage peuvent être amenées une à une à travers une ouverture latérale d'alimentation. Un poinçon (20) fixé à la partie supérieure (16) du boîtier pénètre dans ce canal afin de déplacer la pièce d'assemblage située dans le canal, d'une position initiale adjacente à l'ouverture d'alimentation à une position de fonctionnement adjacente à l'extrémité ouverte du canal, et d'encastrer la pièce d'assemblage dans le composant plat lorsque les parties supérieure et inférieure du boîtier se déplacent l'une par rapport à l'autre. Le système d'encastrement constitue un module monobloc susceptible d'être monté sur une partie d'une machine par un accouplement rapide (12). Le système d'encastrement forme ainsi une unité mobile susceptible d'avoir de nombreuses possibilités différentes d'application.
