The arrangement includes a coiling reel, an uncoiling reel and a stretch-bending unit arranged between the two reels. A driver each is arranged in strip travel direction in front of and following the stretch- bending unit. In another embodiment, a temper pass stand is arranged in strip travel direction in front of the stretch- bending unit and a driver is arranged following the stretch- bending unit. 11
