An arrangement in a rock drilling apparatus comprising supports (5) directed toward the rear part of the feed, the supports being moveable by means of support cylinders (6) to support the feed during the drilling operation. The arrangement comprises a pressure detector (9), which is arranged to detect the pressure of the pressure fluid in the support cylinders (6) and to make the control unit supply more pressure fluid to the support cylinders (6) when the pressure drops below a pre-set threshold value.

Cet agencement d'un dispositif de forage de roches comprend des supports (5) dirigés vers la partie arrière de l'avance et pouvant être déplacés au moyen de vérins (6), lesquels servent à soutenir l'avance lors de l'opération de forage. Cet agencement comprend également un détecteur de pression (9) monté pour détecter la pression du fluide sous pression des cylindres (6) et pour faire en sorte que l'unité de commande fournisse plus de fluide sous pression auxdits vérins (6) lorsque la pression baisse en dessous d'une valeur de seuil préétablie.
