In a system with a range of dental screws (2), the screws are tightened by means of one and the same screw tightener (1). The screws are of different types and have different constructions. Each screw has an internal recess (4) via which the cooperation with the screw tightener is afforded. Each recess has elements extending inwards towards the centre axis of the screw, and the screw tightener has parts which can cooperate with the elements. The bearing capacity function is effected by the conicity of the said parts, while the driving function between tightener and screw is effected by means of axially extending elements and parts. The driving and the bearing capacity are in this case mechanically separated. The invention may also be seen as a range of dental screws.

L'invention concerne un système comportant une gamme de vis (2) dentaires, dans lequel les vis sont serrées au moyen d'un seul et même dispositif de serrage (1) de vis. Les vis sont de types différents et présentent des configurations différentes. Chaque vis présente une fente (4) intérieure lui permettant de coopérer avec le dispositif de serrage de vis. Chaque fente présente des éléments s'étendant vers l'intérieur en direction de l'axe central de la vis, et le dispositif de serrage de vis comporte des parties pouvant coopérer avec ces éléments. La fonction de portance est assurée par la conicité des parties mentionnées, alors que la fonction d'entraînement entre le dispositif de serrage et la vis est assurée par les éléments et les parties s'étendant dans la direction axiale. L'entraînement et la portance sont dans ce cas mécaniquement distincts. L'invention peut également concerner une gamme de vis dentaires.
