An arrangement in a vessel for loading or unloading of a flowable medium, especially oil, the vessel (1) being provided with a submerged downwardly open receiving space (3) for receiving and securing a submarine buoy (2) which is anchored to the sea bed (4) and is coupled to at least one transfer line (6) for medium. The receiving space (3) is arranged at a submerged location the outer side of the hull of the vessel and has an at least partly downwards essentially conically enlarged shape, for mating with a buoy (2) of a corresponding outer shape. In connection with the receiving space (3) here is provided a service shaft (9) connecting the receiving space (3) with the deck (8) of the vessel. The receiving space (3) preferably is formed from a module built into the bow portion of the vessel (1).

Dispositif situé dans un navire et servant au chargement ou au déchargement d'un milieu liquide, particulièrement du pétrole. Ledit navire (1) comporte un espace de réception submergé et ouvert vers le bas (3) servant à recevoir et à fixer une bouée sous-marine (2) encrée au fond de la mer (4) et accouplée à au moins une conduite de transfert (6) du milieu liquide. L'espace de réception (3) est situé à un emplacement submergé sur le côté extérieur de la coque du navire et présente une forme agrandie, au moins partiellement, en cône s'ouvrant vers le bas, de façon à s'accoupler à une bouée (2) présentant une forme extérieure correspondante. Un arbre de service (9) relie l'espace de réception (3) au pont du navire. Ledit espace de réception (3) est constitué, de préférence, par un module incorporé dans la proue du navire (1).
