Bundles retained by cable ties are held by the disclosed plastic fastening elements (1). Also disclosed is a process for arranging fastening elements in a row that allows them to be automatically supplied. The fastening elements consist of a fastening tail (3) for anchoring on a supporting part and a fastening head (5) with a holding loop (6) through which the cable tie (7) is interlockingly threaded. A continuous collar (8) supported on the supporting part is formed between the head (5) and the tail (3). The fastening elements (1) are successively arranged in a row and interconnected by cast on strips (9) that extend along the collars (8). The advantage is that the cast-on strips (9) can be used as transport strips and positioning aids when the fastening elements are subsequently supplied.
L'invention concerne un mode de maintien à l'aide d'éléments de fixation (1) en matière plastique, de faisceaux entourés de protecteurs de câbles (1), ainsi qu'un procédé permettant de mettre des éléments de fixation à la file, en vue d'une mise à disposition automatique. A cet effet, les éléments de fixation comprennent un pied de fixation (3) à ancrer sur une partie support, ainsi qu'une tête de fixation (5) munie d'une languette de retenue (6) pour faire passer le protecteur de câble (7) par liaison de forme. Un collet (8) périphérique à poser sur la partie support est formé entre la tête (5) et le pied (3). Les éléments de fixation (1) sont disposés sur une rangée les uns à la suite des autres et sont interconnectés par des bandes moulées par injection (9) le long du collet (8), ce qui présente l'avantage que les bandes moulées par injection (9) peuvent s'utiliser comme bandes de transport et d'auxiliaires de positionnement lors de la mise à disposition subséquente des éléments de fixation.
