Arrangement of joint packing between the pump-injector (injector) body (1) and nozzle body (2) for internal combustion engines, primarily diesels, wherein in order to increase the specific pressures between the faces of joined precision surfaces of pump-injector (injector) body (1) and nozzle body (2) (and also when there is an insert (3) installed between said faces) pressed together by a nut (9), said surfaces have a reduced contact area achieved by bounding these surfaces by a contour line (17) surrounding the channels reaching out to said joints. This allows for reliable sealing (joint packing) between pump- injector (injector) body (1), nozzle body (2), and the face of the insert (3) at high injection pressures (2500 Bar and higher).
L'invention concerne un agencement de garniture de joints placé entre un corps (1) d'injecteur-pompe (injecteur) et un corps de buse (2) destiné à des moteurs à combustion interne, notamment des moteurs diesels. Pour augmenter les pressions spécifiques entre les surfaces de contact de précision du corps (1) d'injecteur-pompe (injecteur) et du corps de buse (2) (et également d'un insert (3) installé entre lesdites surfaces) comprimées par un écrou (9), lesdites surfaces présentent une zone de contact réduite obtenue par limitation de ces surfaces à l'aide d'une ligne de contour (17) entourant les canaux débouchant sur lesdits joints. Cela permet d'obtenir une étanchéité fiable (garniture de joints) entre le corps (1) d'injecteur-pompe (injecteur), le corps de buse (2) et la face de l'insert (3) à des pressions d'injection élevées (2500 Bar et plus).
