In the production of various arrays such as a microarray, multiple types of biosubstances obtained from an arbitrary living organism, or synthetic substances capable of interacting with such biosubstances are arranged and immobilized on a support in such an orderly manner that the order of respective base sequence blocks corresponding to the biosubstances lined up on the chromosome can be ascertained. As the biosubstances, there can be mentioned nucleic acids such as DNA, polypeptides such as protein, etc. As the above synthetic substances, there can be mentioned compounds capable of reacting with them. By virtue of this regulation of the sequence order of biosubstances or synthetic substances immobilized on a support, the array can be of avail in, for example, screening conducted at creature breed improvement.
Selon l'invention, dans la production de différents réseaux, tels qu'un microréseau, des types multiples de substances biologiques obtenues à partir d'un organisme vivant arbitraire, ou de substances synthétiques pouvant interagir avec lesdites substances biologiques, sont disposées et immobilisées sur un support de manière ordonnée, de sorte que l'ordre de blocs de séquences de bases respectives correspondant aux substances biologiques alignées sur le chromosome puisse être déterminé. Les substances biologiques peuvent être, entre autres, des acides nucléiques tels que l'ADN, des polypeptides tels qu'une protéine, etc. Les substances synthétiques peuvent être, entre autres, des composés pouvant réagir avec lesdites substances biologiques. L'agencement de l'ordre des séquences de substances biologiques ou synthétiques immobilisées sur un support peut permettre d'effectuer un criblage sur un réseau pour améliorer, par exemple, une race animale.
