A device for mounting a flight stabiliser onto an arrow including a shaft and a tip, which comprises a base member; at least one rest, attached to the base member, constructed and arranged to receive the arrow shaft; and a holder, attached to the base member, adapted to receive the flight stabiliser with its axis aligned with the axis of the shaft of an arrow in the at least one rest, whereby the flight stabiliser can be substantially accurately mounted onto the arrow tip carried by the arrow head by moving the arrow tip carried by an arrow shaft on the rest in an axial direction toward, and into mating engagement with, the flight stabiliser. The use of this device ensures that the flight stabiliser is accurately mounted onto the arrow tip, thus maximising its stabilisation effect upon arrow trajectory.
