An article for applying an image to a person's skin comprising: a substrate component, an intermediate adhesive component, a printed image, and a covering adhesive component. The covering adhesive component, the intermediate adhesive component and the substrate component are configured such that when the covering adhesive component is sandwiched between a person's skin and the printed image, the substrate component may be peeled away from the person, leaving the printed image behind adhered to the person's skin.
