A method for preparing an article having a predetermined surface shape, which comprises disposing a composition comprising a compound having a dimethylsiloxane skeleton having at least three repeating units and at least one polymerizable organic group in a molecule, between the surface of a substrate and the surface of a mold for forming, in a state of close contact with both of them, in the form of a film, applying at least one of heat and an ultraviolet ray to the above composition disposed in a film form, and then releasing the mold, and optionally heating thereafter, thereby forming an article comprising the substrate and a film which covers the surface of the substrate and has a surface of a shape obtained by inverting the surface shape of the above mold. The method can be used for preparing an article having a predetermined surface shape, such as an optical element which has a fine convex and concave surface having high heat resistance and exhibiting high dimensional accuracy due to reduced heat shrinkage during film formation.
La présente invention concerne un procédé pour préparer un article présentant une forme de surface prédéfinie. Ce procédé consiste à placer une composition comprenant un composé qui possède un squelette diméthylsiloxane à au moins trois unités récurrentes et à au moins un groupe organique polymérisable dans une molécule, entre la surface d'un substrat et la surface d'un moule de formage, en contact étroit avec chacun d'entre eux, sous forme de film, à soumettre ladite composition placée sous forme de film à de la chaleur et/ou à un rayonnement ultraviolet, puis à retirer le moule et éventuellement à appliquer un chauffage ultérieur. Ce procédé permet de produire un article comprenant le substrat et un film qui recouvre la surface du substrat et présente une surface dont la forme est obtenue en inversant la forme de la surface dudit moule. Le procédé selon cette invention peut être utilisé afin de préparer un article présentant une forme de surface prédéfinie, tel qu'un élément optique présentant une surface mince convexe et concave qui montre une grande résistance à la chaleur et une grande stabilité dimensionnelle résultant d'un retrait thermique réduit lors de la production du film.
