ABSTRACT The present invention relates to an article for securing a continuous pipe to a wall or the like, comprising a pipe clamp that encircles the pipe and a carrier that engages the clamp arms of the pipe clamp and is arranged on the wall. The object of the invention is characterized in that the free end either of the carrier (16) or the clamp arms (2a, 2b) of the pipe clamp (2) has a circular detent (17); in that the detent (17) is snapped at the end face into a suitably formed, circular groove (12) in the opposite inner sides of the clamp arms (2a, 2b) of the pipe clamp (2) or in the opposite inner sides of the clamp arms (16a, 16b) of the end area of the carrier that is formed in this way; and in that the snap connection (21) can be tightened by a screw (5) that connects the clamp arms (2a, 2b) of the pipe clamp (2) or the clamp arms (16a, 16b) of the end area of the carrier (16).
