A rigid, substantially dimensionally stable foam (17) between the top and bottom shells (10, 20) locks the shells together, seals the snap-fit connection (25) and provides rigidity to the overall article. Reinforcing ribs (19) may be used to decrease flexure at the connection seam and protect the form (11) against impact at the connection seal.
