An article with a tethered prong fastener having a first stem protruding therefrom, wherein the first stem has a distal end portion with a first resilient arm extending divergently outwardly therefrom and back toward the article, and a first flexible tether coupling the first resilient arm to the first stem. The first resilient arm flexible inwardly toward the first stem and subsequently flexible back outwardly away from the first stem, whereby the first flexible tether member limits outwardly deflection of the first resilient arm away from the first stem, thereby improving fasteningperformance thereof without interfering with the inwardly flexing of the resilient arm. The tethered prong fastener is configurable as a clip useable for engageably retaining elongate body members, as a w-prong fastener fastenable through an opening in a workpiece, and as a spacing member useable for engaging and retaining first and second workpieces in spaced relation.
L'invention porte sur un article avec dispositif de fixation à crochets captifs comprenant une première tige faisant saillie. Le dispositif de fixation comporte une extrémité distale, dotée d'un premier bras élastique se prolongeant de façon divergente en s'éloignant du dispositif, puis s'en rapprochant, et d'un premier élément d'attache flexible reliant le premier bras élastique à la première tige. Le premier bras élastique est flexible vers l'intérieur; il se rapproche donc de la première tige. Il est également flexible vers l'extérieur, de sorte qu'il s'éloigne de la tige en question. Toutefois, le premier élément d'attache flexible limite la flexion extérieure du premier bras élastique, l'empêchant ainsi de trop s'éloigner de la tige, ce qui améliore le rendement du dispositif sans nuire à la flexion intérieure du bras élastique. Le dispositif de fixation à crochets captifs peut être configuré de façon à servir de pince pour retenir des corps allongés en les insérant dans les crochets, de crochet en forme de w se fixant à travers une ouverture dans une pièce à usiner et d'élément d'espacement qui s'insère dans une première et une seconde pièces à usiner et les maintient écartées.
