The invention concerns, for one class of construction work machines, the manufacture of an articulating support for a pivoting quick-release fastener at the end of the machine arm. The method includes: manufacturing a generic support comprising two lateral flanges (11, 12) positioned at a specific spacing (LO), said flanges having a sufficiently wide surface (S) to allow the fabrication of machined supports of various dimensions; a specializing step (E1) including machining anew the generic support to delimit on each flange an upper edge (14) adapted to the clearance conditions; a step (E2) of drilling orifices (D31, D32) whereof the position is adapted to the clearance conditions; a step (E3) of machining in the lower part (22) connecting means (100, 200); a specializing step (E4) for immobilizing cylindrical members (24, 25) with adaptation bearings (4, 5) inserted into the orifices and enabling the device (D) to be laterally guided on the arm.
L'invention concerne - pour une classe d'engins de travaux - la fabrication du support d'articulation d'une attache rapide pivotante à l'extrémité du bras de l'engin. Le procédé comporte : - une étape de fabrication d'un support générique comportant deux flasques latéraux (11 , 12) positionnés à un écartement (LO) déterminé, lesdits flasques étant de surface (S) suffisamment grande pour permettre l'élaboration de supports usinés de dimensions variées; - une étape (E1) de spécialisation incluant un ré-usinage du support générique pour délimiter sur chaque flasque un bord supérieur (14) adapté aux conditions de débattement ; - une étape (E2) de perçage d'orifices (D31 , D32) dont la position est adaptée aux conditions de débattement ; - une étape (E3) d'usinage en partie inférieure (22) des moyens de liaison (100, 200) ; - une étape (E4) de spécialisation réalisant l'immobilisation de membres cylindriques (24, 25) par des paliers d'adaptation (4, 5) insérés dans les orifices et permettant de guider latéralement le dispositif (D) sur le bras.
