Artificial flowers made of polyether polyurethane and the method of their production. The ingredients of the polyether polyurethane foam product are: Group A: 10%~99.5% polyether, 0.5%~30% cross-linking agent, 0%~15% stabilizer, 0.1%~20% foaming agent, 0%~10% color paste; Group B: isocyanate in an amount equal to 15%~90% of the total weight of Group A ingredients. By mixing group A and group B ingredients and pouring the mixture into the cavity of a flower mold, an artificial flower of polyether polyurethane foam is produced, which has a natural look and feel resemble the real flower, resists to damages caused by squeezes and collisions, and is stable at the high temperatures of the summer time.
La présente invention concerne des fleurs artificielles faites en polyéther polyuréthane et le procédé de fabrication correspondant. Les ingrédients de la mousse de polyéther polyuréthane sont: Groupe A: 10%~99,5% de polyéther, 0,5%~30% de réticulant, 0%~15% de stabilisant, 0,1%~20% d'agent moussant, 0%~10% pâte de couleur; Groupe B: isocyanate dans une proportion égale à 15%~90% de la masse totale des ingrédients du groupe A. Le procédé consiste à prendre les ingrédients du groupe A et du groupe B, à les mélanger, et à verser le mélange dans la cavité d'un moule à fleurs. On obtient ainsi une fleur artificielle en mousse de polyéther polyuréthane à l'aspect naturel réaliste, qui résiste aux froissage et aux chocs, et qui reste stable aux températures élevées de l'été.
