The object of the invention is an implant not requiring major surgery for its insertion or for the partial replacement of any of its elements; said prosthesis can be applied for long-term placement. The implant disclosed replaces the entire urinary organs, thereby precluding any possible anastomosis, said implant comprising a double-layered (7, 8) structure for the artificial replacing elements: tubular elements (1, 3) for the renal ducts and urethra, a reservoir (2) for the bladder, and an artificial urethral sphincter (4). The artificial tubular elements of the renal ducts (1) are connected to the reservoir (2) by mechanical attachments (5), said elements (1 to 3) being constituted and formed so that they can pass from a flattened state when empty to an expanded state. The two layers (7, 8) join to form the tubular elements (1, 3), forming respectively an external shell which is sufficiently flexible to submit to deformation by manual pressure, and an internal pocket, which is supple and extractable from the shell, constituting the reservoir (2). This structure allows for the partial replacement of each of its elements and ensures the long-term placement of the prosthesis.
L'invention vise à réaliser un implant ne nécessitant pas d'intervention chirurgicale lourde lors de sa mise en place ou lors du remplacement partiel d'un de ses éléments, tout en permettant un maintien en place de la prothèse à long terme. Pour cela, l'implant de la présente invention est un remplacement intégral de l'appareil urinaire afin d'éviter tout anastomose, et présente une structure à double couche (7,8) pour les éléments artificiels de substitution: des éléments tubulaires (1,3) pour les uretères et l'urètre, un réservoir (2) pour la vessie et un sphincter urétral artificiel (4). Les éléments tubulaires artificiels des urètres (1) sont liés au réservoir (2) par des connexions mécaniques (5) et ces éléments (1 à 3) sont composés et conformés pour permettre leur passage entre un état aplati à vide et un état expansé. Les deux couches (7,8) sont solidaires pour composer les éléments tubulaires (1,3) et forment respectivement une coque externe, suffisamment flexible pour être déformable par pression manuelle, et une poche interne, souple et extractible de la coque pour composer le réservoir (2). Cette structure permet le remplacement partiel de chacun de ses éléments et assure le maintien en place de la prothèse à long terme.
