Abstract of the Disclosure An artificial kidney device is provided with a dialyzer for separating specified components from blood. A double walled tube is mounted midway of a tube provided for transporting the blood passed through the dialyzer into a vein of a human being, so as to auto- matically maintain an ultrafiltration pressure substantially con- stant. The double-tube wall consists of a flexible inner tube and a non-flexible outer tube and is adapted to automatically collapse or inflate the inner tube in response to a change in pressure prevailing within the dialyzer, by applying a predetermined pressure to a closed chamber defined between the inner tube and the outer tube.
