The invention concerns (aryl) (amino) borane compounds and a method for preparing same. Said compounds are of formula A-BH-NR?1¿R?2¿, wherein: R?1¿ and R?2¿ are selected among linear, branched or cyclic alkyl radicals, and arlyalkyl radicals, or R?1¿ and R?2¿ form together an alkylene; and A represents an aromatic or heteroaromatic group optionally polycondensed, or a group selected among the vinyl, dienyl, polyenyl and alkynyl groups, all said groups optionally bearing at least one substituent. The compounds are obtained by a method which consists in preparing an amine-borane R?1¿R?2¿NH.BH¿3? complex, in transforming it into aminoborane R?1¿R?2¿NBH¿2? by heating, then in reacting it with an A-X compound wherein X is a leaving group.

Les composés ont la Formule A-BH-NR1R2 dans laquelle R1 et R2 sont choisis parmi les alkyles linéaires, ramifiés ou cycliques, et les arylalkyles, ou bien R1 et R2 forment ensemble un alkylène, et A représente un groupe aromatique ou hétéroaromatique éventuellement polycondensé, ou un groupe choisi parmi les groupes vinyles, diényles, polyényles et alcynyles, l~ensemble de ces groupes portant éventuellement au moins un substituant. Les composés sont obtenus par un procédé consistant à préparer un complexe amine- borane R1-R2NH.BH3, à le transformer en aminoborane R1R2NBH2 par chauffage, puis à faire réagir avec un composé A-X dans lequel X est un groupe partant.
